Responsibilities:
- Receive and update car arrival
- Check conditions of cars for suitability for retail
- Verify validity of agent warranties and balance of free servicing
- Ensure all cars on-showroom display meet our set standard (ie. display, cleanliness and technical)
- Plan PDI Schedule based on KPI of 7 days from SOLD to DELIVERY
- Perform tyre and battery checks and ensure checklists are duly filled
- Generate Purchase Order amount accurately and promptly for superior approval
- Aftersales (delivery) services
- Accountable for all loan cars and forms
- Undertake to support the smooth and efficient operation of reconditioning chain processes
- Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of stock movement
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Levels and above
- Computer skills must be proficiency in Excel and Words
- Class 3 License is required as need to shift vehicles
