Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute daily space control for respective loops in TP Trade based on existing policy
- Communicate with each Port of Landing (POL) office on vessel utilization and market updates
- Monitor KPIs from various aspects such as total lift/ CM/ utilization/ roll pool etc. and propose recommendations where required
- Perform execution of transhipment operation based on existing policy
- Co-ordinate with Container Flow Management team for container re-positioning
- Set and execute Account Plan
- Lead and guide junior team members
- Take part or lead in any assigned projects
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in shipping industry
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with across departments and regions
- Sense of urgency and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Adaptable and able to thrive in tight deadlines
