Job Scope:
- Lead, drive and in charge of warehouse operations, meeting customer requirements and achieving agreed key performance indicators
- Be the owner of warehouse processes and execute them in an efficient, effective and a timely manner
- Perform major tasks in warehouse operations which include receiving management, inventory management, order fulfillment and administration
- Manage and supervise a team of executives, supervisors and warehouse assistants
- Ensure operational documents and shipping documents are accurately and timely prepared to expedite customer shipments
- Ensure daily maintenance and housekeeping of the warehouse and equipment
- Ensure periodic inventory cycle counting
- Plan warehouse storage layout to achieve optimization
- Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks
- Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Min 3 yrs of Warehouse experience
- Understand ZGST warehouse requirement
- Prior experience dealing with electronics component warehouse is a plus
- Good leadership skills
