Position Overview:
As a Client Engagement Manager at Sennex, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration. This role requires a combination of project management skills, design sensibility, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and preferences to align project goals with client expectations.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and work to find creative solutions to challenges that may arise during projects.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the commercial interior design and build industry or allied industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus as is facility maintenace .
Ability to understand and convey design concepts effectively.
