Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans together with regional management team
- Analyze key performance indicators and providing strategic guidance for improved performance
- Provide guidance to regional country heads to achieve optimal country performance goals
- Collaborate with HR on strategies to foster a high-performing regional workforce
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
- Active involvement in business development activities to achieve revenue growth targets
Requirements:
- Previous involvement in a senior leadership capacity, within a market research
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related qualification
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making and communication skills
