Essential Job Duties
▪ Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
▪ Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality
requirements.
▪ Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection
Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical
specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing /
engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
▪ Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in
a timely and effectively manner.
▪ Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive
quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas
and work on problem resolutions
