Job Description & Requirements
GENERAL MISSION
- Manage sales targets for hotel accommodation
- Work on existing client data base and source new clients
- Promote F&B and private events for Restaurant by the pool side
- Manage and service client bookings and expectations
- Work with the S&M team to achieve monthly targets for accommodation and F&B revenue
- Coordinate with hotel operations client requests and follow through.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
- The individual person will be responsible for their coordinating duties as well as administrative functions.
- Maintain and ensure the smooth running operation of all his/her accounts within the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
- The individual performs his/her duties within the teamwork defined by the group and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales.
- Ensure all emails correspondence for the entire sales team (DOS + Sales Mgr.) are replied to within the same day; i.e. answer all sales emails during times of the sales team away on sales calls.
- Attend to all incoming sales telephone calls and action accordingly.
- Assist in the packing of materials when required, e.g. Hotel brochures, sales kits. Etc.
- Organize regular client visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
- Organize and assist with Hotel Site Inspections and Entertainment when required.
- Prepare a tentative monthly schedule record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
- Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales by providing market, clients and competitors intelligence.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Sales Manager in completing and submitting “M.I.S. Report” to Accor MIS office, relevant Corporate & Travel Agents production reports, analysis reports on a monthly, quarterly and Yearly basis
- Assist the Director of Sales in issuing Corporate Agreements and Travel Agents Contract Rates to be issued in a timely manner and approved by DOS and GM prior.
- Ensure that all feedback from guests are reviewed and investigated with Director of S&M, then follow-up is action taken.
- Provide reports / analysis for sales as requested by the DOSM
