Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, create and execute all digital marketing campaigns and social efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing and relevant social media channels in line with marine marketing activities;for Conpany and associated Companies
2. Manage the digital frontage of the company website and social media channels & digital platforms.
3. Support the content creation, implementation and management of the social media platforms.
4. Develop compelling content and communications strategies to create brand awareness.
5. Deliver consistent brand message through content write up and design across all communication channels;
6. Updating marketing handbook/guidelines.
7. Undertake work performance in a professional and efficient manner using discretion, tact initiative, and confidence in meeting deadline;
8. Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development; Assist to prepare PPT presentations in Technical Conferences as well as Capability Statements, Data sheets, track records etc
9. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop, create content and execute marketing plans, enablement tools such as technical articles;
10. To provide comprehensive executive assistance support to VP Technology;
11. Providing supports to all the events, in coordinating with clients, vendors and managements level
REQUIREMENTS
1. Proficient in communications & market research, great interest in marine & offshore industry.
2. Knowledge of marketing and reasonable understanding of brands
3. Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, Photoshop, WordPress, canva etc.)
4. Good digital communication skills (SEO, web traffic metrics and social media platforms)
5. Ability to generate new ideas with little if any inspiration.
6. Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
7. Reliable and responsible, committed and has the availability to work flexible hours dependent on requirement
8. Preferable min 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
9. Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal & organization skills
10. Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
