Learning Operations
- Administer, push and track take-up rate of training nominations and registration
- Plan, organize, coordinate and set up related training logistics
- Coordinate and partner with external vendors on the training
- Maintaing annual training calendar and support in the communication, engagement and implementation of approved training programs in Singapore and global offices when required
- Assist in Learning needs exercise when required
- Setup learning programs in the system and ensure learning synopsis are updated in the learning catalogue
- Educate the enterprise in using the system and address any queries
- Resolve system issues and propose enhancements to improve user experience and learning operation efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, HR or related discipline
- At least 5 years training operations required
- Experience in presenting data using info-graphics and in development training related EDMs
- Possess in-depth experience with SAP-SuccessFactor LMS
