APAC HR Service Delivery and Area Process Leader

As the APAC HR Service Delivery and Area Process Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Manage HR operational performance and people leadership in partnership with HR BPO vendor in Philippines ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, and service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunity, create, and drive business cases as needed to gain support for new initiatives and alignment for changes to operations and/or new service integrations.
  • Driving process improvement and automation within our current operations to deliver processes optimized for the employee experience and cost to serve.
  • Partner with HR BPO vendor, Corporate GSC Leadership, HR Technology and Global HR organization to create and support our service delivery strategies and ongoing transition of services into the BPO service center.
  • Partnering across HR in the APAC region to ensure efficient service delivery to employees, managers, and the broader HR organization
  • Providing area leadership to how HR processes are executed and overall HR project management
  • Accelerating simplification, standardization, automation, and transition of identified HR processes to the area global service centers in alignment with global service delivery design
  • Ensuring effective project management of HR service transitions both through oversight and direct accountability
  • Driving change management and acceptance across for related projects and accountabilities

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of in human resources, finance, IT or business shared services experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Fluent Spoken English.
  • Vendor Management experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of project management experience with senior level stakeholders in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of experience in managing people including managing leaders remotely in a multinational environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels and lead change
  • Exposure to process improvement, design thinking through the lens of improving the employee experience.
  • Background in improving service delivery through automation and chatbots
  • Experience in utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum and/or other project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to Workday, Salesforce.
