Job Title: Executive
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality end to end HR services to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for daily HR operations eg. on-boarding, work passes processing, management of employee data in HRIS, annual performance appraisal, off-boarding etc.
· Manage business units’ recruitment and selection of new hires
· Administer all types of leave and statutory claims
· Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access… etc
· Manage employee outpatient & inpatient medical benefits, insurance claims, work Injury claims & reporting
· Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits
· Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related fields
· Possess at least 3 years of experience in HRM
· Well-versed in the Employment Act and other employment regulations and legislation
· Familiarity with TimeSoft System an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good command of spoken and written English
· An independent and meticulous worker who is a team player
· Able to work with all levels of employees
