We are looking to speak to Operations Managers!


You will be responsible for the effective development, implementation and management of operations in the Singapore office. You will also play a crucial role in the success of the Secretarial Services Team in the Singapore office and will have overall responsibility for the team’s delivery!


Responsibilities

  • Office Administration- Responsible for the smooth and efficient running and delivery of all Operations functions
  • Management of Secretarial Services Team- Active involvement in management of the Secretarial Services Team to ensure agreed KPIs are met and reassessed as appropriate
  • Facility Management- Act as appointed contact vis-à-vis the building’s landlord and management office and maintain credible tenant/landlord relations
  • Compliance and Risk Management- Develop, update and review various local office policies and ensure that the office complies with the local regulatory and other requirement

Requirements

  • Fluency in both oral and written English
  • Good presentation skills
  • Minimum 7 years of experience ideally in an Operations role within professional services
  • Experience in supervising teams and working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge existing procedures and policies
  • Strong MS Office skills and good overall IT literacy
  • Degree (or equivalent)
