Job Description
Our client, an educational institution, is looking for an Administrator to join their office. This role will involve supporting the Deputy General Manager and improving the efficiency of the operations by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the implementation and improvement of school SOPs and rules.
- Development of new and maintenance of existing SOPs & rules.
- Respond to inquiries from parents, guardians, and external parties through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings on administrative procedures, such as enrollment and documentation etc.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies, classroom materials, and other necessary items for the school's day-to-day operations.
- Assist in a variety of miscellaneous tasks to support the management team.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese parents and guardians and write business level to handle official documents in Japanese
- A Proactive and flexible individual
