Job Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding process:
1. Schedule and update interviews via MS Teams or Zoom for the business unit
2. Checking of P-files for new hires, contract extensions and terminations and updating of records
3. Handle external reference checks
4. Support recruitment teams in first level sourcing (data mining) and resume screening (on adhoc basis)
5. Work closely with consultants and payroll team on payroll matters every mid and end month payroll cycle. This comprises of sorting and tabulating of timesheets, follow up with candidates and consultants on missing information etc.
• Liaising with the payroll team on discrepancies and payroll matters
• Advice consultants/candidates on leave balance
6. Issue Certificate of Employments
7. Coordinate interview rooms schedule and attend to walk-ins (if required)
8. Assist in other ad hoc admin duties
