Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly processing of Payroll including Staff, Gardeners, Workers wages & Overtime).
- Preparing of HR documents for hiring of Staff, Foreign Workers & Gardeners.
- Disciplinary handling, promotions, confirmations etc.
- Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity & insurance claims when necessary.
- Handle tax clearance for resignations/terminations etc.
- Manage all recruitment process, on-boarding activities, training and performance appraisal.
- Processing of Work Pass Applications, renewals & cancellations.
- Handling and managing employee leave records, employee information, medical claims etc.
- Handling of WICA and Insurance for employees
- Familiar with purchasing of PCP for foreign workers.
- Knowledge of Landscape Company Registration
- Handling of vehicles, accident reporting etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience as a HR Generalist (Recruitment,Payroll, Benefits, Administration etc)
- Minimum GCE O'Level/Diploma Holder
- Familiar with MOM rules & regulations is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of Infotech Payroll Software would be an added advantage.
