Project Coordinator
- Salary: $2,800 – $3,500
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: Tg Pagar Rd (Maxwell MRT)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing ongoing and upcoming renovation projects. The role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, participating in meetings, and ensuring timely project completion. Ideal candidates should have experience in renovation/construction, technical proficiency, attentiveness to project details, and a strong sense of responsibility for follow-up actions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full support to the Project Management Team in implementing projects.
- Create work schedules, coordinate and liaise with relevant parties such as clients, consultants, mall management, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and coordinate site progress.
- Manage maintenance work and address ad-hoc repairs promptly.
- Handle project administration and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Able to work nights and weekends.
