- Efficiently manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring accurate data entry
- Prioritize and redirect calls appropriately based on urgency and nature of the inquiry, including transferring calls to medical staff, addressing emergencies promptly, and offering necessary guidance to enhance overall patient care.
- Effectively communicate clinic policies, procedures, and relevant information to patients, addressing their concerns and maintaining confidentiality, while also providing clear and concise instructions for any pre-appointment preparations or follow-up actions.
