Job Description
- Performing all major survey works required on site including computing survey data for setting out works and setting out lines and levels.
- Assist in carrying out relevant site measurements for the purpose of calculating interim and final quantities of work done.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site survey records.
- Setting out of parcel boundaries, grids, piles positions, building blocks, minor sewer and service roads alignments, etc. piles eccentricity checks survey, topographical survey of surrounding services and roads, as-built survey of services and preparation of setting out plans, cross-sectional and longitudinal plans and surveys to monitor ground settlement, where applicable.
- Prepare the pre-computation plan to ensure the approved pre-computation plan tallies with the Consultants drawings.
- To provide survey reports and liaise with local authorities.
- Maintains and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files for active projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering/ Surveying or equivalent
- Well-versed with Surveying and Levelling instruments
- Familiar with SVY21, BCA compliances and Singapore Standards of Engineering practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Registered Technical Member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (SISV) preferred
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
