- Evaluates existing educational programs, systems, and structures and analyzes student performance data together with Franchisor
- Evaluates educational strategies and resources and proposes evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborates with educators and administrators to develop a curriculum that aligns with opertions
- Helps Franchisor identify the most relevant educational and training programs to meet targets
- Builds positive relationships with educators, administrators, students, and parents.
- Recommends and implements solutions, provides guidance on integrating technology in the classroom, and evaluates the impact of technology on student learning outcomes.
- Mentors classroom instructors to improve instruction and student engagement.
- Designs engaging and effective lesson plans and mandarin teaching materials
- Develops and implements assessment processes for mandarin educational programs.
- Assists in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Advises students and their families on college and career choices, including admission requirements and application process information.
- Provides Franchisor with continued support and assistance as they implement recommended adjustments within the allocated budget.
- Builds Franchisor relationships, manages expectations, and provides excellent customer service and support.
- Attends conferences, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on educational trends.
Requirements:
At least 3 years in educational sector
The ability to help Franchisor develop Mandarin courses (P1 to P6)
