This position reports to the Technical Manager and interfaces with customer in the information security department.
Specific Responsibilities and Requirements:
1) Work closely with the team to support the development and deployment of CI/CD pipelines for various software applications and services.
2) Installation, configuration, and maintenance of security software applications in support of engineering requirements.
3) Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
4) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including end users and vendors, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software products.
5) Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices related to DevOps and make recommendations for improvements.
6) Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a knowledge base.
7) Knowledge of PAM and IAM technology a plus.
