As a Jackpot Executive in Bukit Batok Clubhouse, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Assistant Manager, Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Jackpot Room.
- Create “Wow” experiences for players.
- Assist players with food handling, machine fault and membership applications whenever necessary.
- Cashiering duties at the Jackpot Room.
- Reconciliation of daily transactions and cash floats.
- Accurate recording of jackpot machines’ performance.
We want you, if you have/are:
- Minimum 1 years of working experiences in Jackpot Room.
- GCE O or N Level.
- Excellent personalised customer service skills.
- Friendly, sociable and attentive to details.
- Independent, resourceful and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
