Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to plan, organize and lead the manufacturing team,sales team and administration team within company
- Drive the activities for strategic growth opportunities internationally.
- Evaluate Operations development opportunities with all entities/sites for strategic plans alignment with corporate strategy to increase manufacturing/service and products offerings that are complimentary to the status of company.
- Drive a dynamic production force with excellent tactical production objective to develop the delivery for Operations results.
- Plan the performance in all of the areas: Manufacturing/production, Quality, Management departments.
- Manage, build and maintained a strong team of leaders of positive skills, analytical and with good manufacturing acumen combined with high level of competency to deliverable results.
- Influence team across level to negotiate effectively for success in each team role.
- Built a team of strongly involved people with good leadership skill, ability to communicate clearly and with compelling vision for the Company’s future.
- Responsible for the operations objective and profit plans.
Requirements
- Must have at least 10 years working experience in Manufacturing field.
- Knowledge of Cheese products and dairy products.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese is preferable.
