Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team member to achieve customer satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity
- Perform daily operation tasks, documenting procedures and creating guidelines
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to constant changes and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Well-Organized, self-motivated and a keen learner
- Preferably with experience in Fine Dining restaurant
- Able to work on weekends, and public holidays
- Possess good command of English
