Job Description
- Finalise invoices to all customers, perform verification of costing, discount and other operation codes for each invoice
- Ensure each items listed in the invoices are authorised the right personnel before sending oiut to client
- Calculation of technicians man hours and service incentive
- Close job order billing to customers
- Verifying contractors' invoices
- Man the express counters
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Providing technical advices to customers in need
- Prepare quotation, debit and credit note to customers
- Raise job orders
- Follow up with stakeholders for necessary actions during/post service or repair of vehicle
- Perform basic investigation into customer's complains and come up with recommended solutions within guidelines
- Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Competent in English language
- Relevant customer service / administrative / support function experience
- MS Office Skills
