- Work closely with the head of clinic and other department to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation.
- Lead the team of operations staff to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to the patient.
- Identify areas of improvements and drive continuous development.
- Lead the team to drive service excellence in the clinic.
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration/ Communication or equivalent.
- At least 5-6 years relevant experience.
