Operations Consultant

We are looking for a hard-working and friendly team member with a heart to serve to join our dynamic team.


1. Roles & responsibilities

a. Able to carry and load equipment, displays

b. Able to work independently

c. Preparation and printing of event materials

d. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and vehicles

e. Maintain warehouse equipment & supplies

f. Driving license is optional (additional salary for drivers)


2. Traits

a. Meticulous and prompt

b. Willing to learn and takes initiative

c. Good command of spoken & written English

d. Able to multi-task and focus

e. Organized & Responsible taking ownership of duties


3. Working Hours

a. 5 days (office) + 1 day (standby from home)

b. 9am - 5pm (Full day) + rotational standby for evenings

c. Overtime is provided for necessary work
