Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, preparation of company resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder’s meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with ACRA – Bizfile+.
- Attend clients’ meeting.
- Handle client due diligence.
- Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff.
- Review financial statements in XBRL format.
- Any other ad hoc corporate services required by the management.
Requirements:
- Possess ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators) or CSIS qualification or finalists, preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarly with corporate laws and regulations will be advantageous.
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful individual who is able to work independently.
- Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
- Have initiative, responsible and be a team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
