- Receive and respond to customer sales inquiries via email and company work phone from Website including webshop, Google/FB/Instagram/LinkedIn/blogs, WhatsApp, SMS, staff referrals, etc
- Tally, Track, Manage, Communicate and Coordinate between customers and inspectors for mould inspection bookings, amendments, res-cheduling as well as cancellations using Google Calendars, Tracking Sheet, Filemaker, ICAB
- Manage webshop sales & inquiries including coordination for self collection and deliveries working closely with warehouse and delivery coordination
- Prepare invoice using internal system and manage pipeline tracker
- Provide support and coordination to Hygiene business sales team
- GCE “O” Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher with relevant hands-on experience in similar environment
- Passionate about sales, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers
- Independent, Takes pride in the work, Motivated, Service-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player
- Computer literate, knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft and google applications
- Proficient in using Google Sheets
