Specialist After Sales
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Specialist After Sales. The successful candidate will be managing the After Sales administration and operations related matters pertaining to After Sales Warranty, Assistance, Maintenance and Vehicle Pick-up & Delivery Services from a dealer perspective, and collaborating closely with our stakeholders (i.e. importer and partner Porsche Service Centre).

  • Handling After Sales administration and operations related matters, including services authentication by reviewing invoices and supporting documents (i.e. servicing records, vehicle Log Card) provided by our partner Porsche Service Centre, raising purchase requisitions, and processing invoices for Finance payment.
  • Investigating and following up with stakeholders regarding any abnormal or exceptional billings of services provided, and ensuring prompt resolution of all cases.
  • Managing vehicle pick-up and delivery services with our appointed operations team, ensuring strict adherence to standard procedures for the efficiency and safety of our customers’ vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the appointed operations team to provide a positive customer interaction, upholding the Porsche standard of quality customer experience.
  • Setting up the after sales module within the Dealer Management System (DMS) and ensuring the maintenance of customer and vehicle records in the system.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
  • A team player with excellent communication, innovation, and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, proactive and possess a learning attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
