Team Summary

At the heart of Visa’s strategy is looking for new avenues of driving growth at a pace that ensures market leadership and achievement of our business objectives. We have amended our organizational design to align with the key pillars of our strategy more closely by setting up the Commercial and Money Movement team (CMS). This team is responsible for managing payment flows/solutions across i) commercial spend (Visa Commercial Solutions), ii) global money movement flows (Visa Direct and Visa Cross Border Solutions), and iii) government/public sector undertakings (Visa Government Solutions).

What a Visa AP CMS Business Planning and Operations (BPO) Manager does at Visa

The primary focus of this position is to support the head of Strategy, Planning and Operations of CMS in AP with regards to strategic and operational activities to accelerate the growth across CMS entities. This includes, and is not limited to, sales enablement, defining and supporting execution of strategic initiatives and Go-to-Market, managing targets, performance and revenue realisation, and providing executive communication. In this role you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders in markets, in hub and globally, within CMS and with broader Visa (e.g., sales, HR, finance, marketing, communication, client services, MSA, VCA).

Your role will support team’s effort on defining, implementing and ensuring successful execution of the strategy to achieve long-term ambition across CMS entities.

Projects you will be a part of:

  • Business Performance Management: Assist in refining the business performance management process, monitor business performance (e.g., KPIs dashboard across CMS entities, scorecards, OKR, AANR, pipeline) and support preparation of materials for Visa’s Global and AP senior leadership (e.g., weekly and monthly updates, Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Revenue Realisation Monitoring: Track and evaluate the implementation and revenue realisation of new deals in close collaboration with CMS core and support teams (e.g., Client Services) in market and in hub
  • Sales Enablement: Support development and execution of CMS clients segmentation and treatment model, CMS training programs and pitch materials, in partnership with CMS and cross-functional teams (Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Communication)
  • Strategic Projects: Help develop strategic initiatives and projects across the region, e.g., opportunity sizing and prioritization, go-to-market definition, multi-year and annual planning, competitive intelligence, inorganic growth opportunities across CMS businesses, thought leadership, etc.
