- Position Title: Purchasing Assistant (Part-Time)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 3 days (8 am – 5:30 pm/6 pm)
- Salary Package: $1,400
- Duration: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Process purchasing orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate parties.
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
- Work closely with the receiving department to ensure proper goods are received and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate procurement records, including details of orders, invoices, and documentation for inventory audits.

- GCE ‘O’ levels and above.
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
