- To work on the New Hire Onboarding Processes.
- To be involved with the project for HR symposium.
- Support the expatriates on HR matters and services.
- Responsible for employee communications such as townhalls, employee awards (employee of the year) and various communication channels with employees.
- Set up and implement HR programs / projects such as employee recognition programs, newsletters, HR awards and employee engagement surveys to promote and drive local People Initiatives across the organization, including data analytics on people engagement decisions
- Coordinate the delivery of HR projects on a timely manner with HR BP and global/regional HR.
- Proactively identifies gaps, proposals and implement changes to enhance employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence, HR shared services and HR BP team to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.
