HR Intern (6 Months)

Schindler Lifts (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

  1. To work on the New Hire Onboarding Processes.
  2. To be involved with the project for HR symposium.
  3. Support the expatriates on HR matters and services.
  4. Responsible for employee communications such as townhalls, employee awards (employee of the year) and various communication channels with employees.
  5. Set up and implement HR programs / projects such as employee recognition programs, newsletters, HR awards and employee engagement surveys to promote and drive local People Initiatives across the organization, including data analytics on people engagement decisions
  6. Coordinate the delivery of HR projects on a timely manner with HR BP and global/regional HR.
  7. Proactively identifies gaps, proposals and implement changes to enhance employee engagement programs.
  8. Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence, HR shared services and HR BP team to ensure consistent delivery of HR services.
