Head of Cricket Sales Position
- In order to effectively execute the Cricket division, the Head of Cricket Sales personnel will collaborate with the company owner to establish and implement a sales plan for the years 2024–2025.
- Oversee the Cricket division sales plan and assist the company owner with sponsoring sales for Cricket division, and all group, corporate, and membership packages.
- Assist the company owner in building the greatest sales force possible for the commercial function.
- Offer the experience and vision required to evaluate and revamp the group's procedures and sales plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for established sales and income targets and KPIs; supporting the development of external partnerships, such as those with sponsors, suppliers, members, and hospitality clients, in order to realize the organization's vision
- Assisting the company owner in overseeing the Cricket sales department, which involves managing the sponsorship and business development executives on a line basis to guarantee the attainment of professional growth plans and KPIs that bolster the overall business plan
- To keep up with developments in the sports industry so the Cricket division
- Closely collaborating with the marketing team, to leverage information to identify and target new sales prospects and integrated digital trends and possibilities.
- To work closely with administration division to ensure that opportunities are maximized and that a clear CRM process is followed and shared
- To collaborate closely with the marketing sales team to find new event event sponsorship opportunities
- To create a clear sponsorship inventory with the company owner to optimize commercial returns.
