Job Description:
- Generate and evaluate leads, as well as cultivate client referrals.
- Manage existing clients with strong sales support.
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
- Create and execute sales action plans, including direct marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications through follow-up on all sales activities.
- Monitor and report on sales activities for management.
- Uphold confidentiality to protect the organization's value.
- Identify and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on corporations for inbound and outbound business solutions.
- Understand client needs and promote corporate services and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to devise and execute a business development strategy.
- Stay informed about market trends, build an industry network, and attend relevant events.
- Provide feedback to senior management to enhance the firm's competitive edge.
- Achieve specified sales targets.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of sales experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert network into business
- Strong presentation and communication skills
