Job Description:

  • Generate and evaluate leads, as well as cultivate client referrals.
  • Manage existing clients with strong sales support.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
  • Create and execute sales action plans, including direct marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications through follow-up on all sales activities.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities for management.
  • Uphold confidentiality to protect the organization's value.
  • Identify and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on corporations for inbound and outbound business solutions.
  • Understand client needs and promote corporate services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to devise and execute a business development strategy.
  • Stay informed about market trends, build an industry network, and attend relevant events.
  • Provide feedback to senior management to enhance the firm's competitive edge.
  • Achieve specified sales targets.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the management.


Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of sales experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to convert network into business
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
