Role:Product Manager
Description:
Business Storytelling & Research: Develop compelling narratives, create executive presentations and conduct in-depth market research to define the product’s value proposition and market positioning.
• Needs Assessment: Establish a structured framework for conducting needs assessments, identifying pain points and collecting feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Business Use Cases: Define and document business use cases, ensuring alignment with client needs and product capabilities.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy and create a comprehensive, well-prioritised product roadmap.
• Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals, ensuring a deep understanding of technical details and how they align with business objectives. Provide a clear framework in the evaluation, scoring and selection process through compelling business writing.
• Technical Requirements: Generate comprehensive technical requirements to guide the development of the platform’s design and implementation. Facilitate technical discussions and provide essential guidance to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Product Development: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Commercial Model Development: Define the commercial model for the platform, considering pricing, monetisation and revenue strategies.
• Cross-Functional Program Management: Lead and coordinate a program that involves various stakeholders, from securing budget to defining RACI and resource required.
• Leadership Engagement: Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to help shape their vision and provide guidance in aligning business goals with the product.
