Responsibilities

  • Stay abreast of Facility Management best practices, focusing on processes like fault reporting, contract management, and asset management.
  • Innovate and revamp Facility Management business workflows for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis, pinpointing issues, opportunities, and suggesting viable solutions.
  • Identify potential areas for growth, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance people productivity effectively.
  • Grasp and collaborate on business processes, coordinating with technical teams as necessary.
  • Evaluate the current system workflows and processes within the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their existing workflow processes and propose digitalization enhancements.
  • Deliver training to clients on system workflow processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and Management Team.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business/ IT/Real Estate or equivalent
    Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Experience with Power Point, Analytics and Visio
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
