An sucessful entity in aeronautics is seeking an experience leader to manage a global sales team and develop the go-to-market strategy across sales & marketing. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this senior leader will work closely with international teams to generate and execute core growth strategies and develop relationships with key regional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of sales opportunities and implement strategic sales initiatives within APAC region
- Day-to-day management of sales team, ensuring development of sales opportunities within the region and driving growth in organisation’s client portfolio
- Personal development of sales team members, ensuring healthy sales pipeline against performance KPIs
- Optimise business performance by prospecting, forecasting and strategic utilisation of organisation's resources
- Contract management and negotiation
- Develop sales incentive plans in partnership with relevant departments
- Provide support for additional strategic campaigns as assigned within the region
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- 6 years minimum experience with aviation operations documentation software
- 3 years minimum in leadership position or equivalent
- Able to travel internationally as required
- Proven understanding of Aviation market
- Prior experience with CRM tools
