Main responsibilities
- Organize and communicate with different stakeholders to guarantee that work permits and contracts are renewed on schedule.
- Examine and confirm each and every invoice pertaining to high-quality control contractors.
- Obtain legal documentation and keep up-to-date external staff files (e.g. P File Management)
- Keep track of all employee movements, including hiring, moving, terminating, and changing a job's categorization.
- Make sure that the necessary external personnel records are gathered and kept up to date by conducting file reviews.
- Keep the leave database current, including controls and closures
- Work with the finance division to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Make that the worldwide onboarding and offboarding processes are efficient and seamless.
- Observe all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards, as well as the requirements for financial security.
Qualifications and Profile
- Prior experience in HR admin/HR generalist support/contract and invoice management will be highly preferred
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially Excel
