JOB DESCRIPTION:
Department: Computer Integrated Manufacturing of Li-ion battery
Reports to: Manager
Functional relationships: Information utilization in Japan, Li-ion battery process engineering in Japan.
POSITION PROFILE:
This position is to propel any activities related quality improvement for Li-ion battery with highly specialized process & product knowledge.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Policy, strategy alignment and coordination of PJT by collaborating with Japan HQ or other group company in Japan.
- To initiate periodical meeting with Japan HQ or other group company to solve problems in own Division.
- Quality improvement for Liquid Cell.
- Suggestion Quality management rule for productivity improvement.
- Window person to TMM to facilitate effective communication / knowledge transfer.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing cell process / materials.
- Working level proficiency in English language.
- Open mind and good people interaction.
Ability/Competency required:
- To hold bachelor’s degree or master degree in engineering or science field (or related to certificate that we shared).
- To have deep & specialized technical knowledge in manufacturing and to be able to fully utilize it in actual job for improvement.
- To have logical thinking, analytical skill and good engineering sense.
- To have strong mind-set for change and improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and troubleshooting skills.
- To have business fluent Japanese and English language skills to liaise with Japan factories & R&D departments, and local staff in MES factory.
