- Position : Service Crew/ Shift Leader (F&B) – Up to $2,700 Gross - Eunos - ALL WELCOME!
- Location : Eunos
- Working hours : 6 Days Work Week (Opening Hours: 10.30AM to 10.30PM)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,400 Basic + OT + Performance Bonus + 7-14 Days Annual Leave + Staff Meal + Yearly Increment

Responsibilities:
- Assist Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance.
- Coordinate with FOH / BOH staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor costs to meet budgetary targets.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in FOH or BOH duties
- Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software and inventory software
