Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities :
· Design system and database architecture considering performance, high availability, scalability and security.
· Setup Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) with Hardware Security Module (HSM).
· Setup Oracle RAC, Standby DB, and Disaster Recovery.
· Setup Oracle Database Backup and Recovery using RMAN, Data Pump.
· Perform database optimization and support developers in SQL, PL/SQL performance tuning.
· Monitoring activities included verifying database operational status including tablespaces, alert logs.
Key Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree or higher degree in relevant fields.
· At least 5 years experience in Oracle Database Management.
· Hands on experience in Installation and configuration of Oracle DB on RAC, ASM.
· Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, MYSQL/MS SQL Administration and DevOps is an advantage.
· Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
