The Job:
- Greet and welcome visitors at the office reception and direct to appropriate person/meeting room/office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable and ensure all displays are in working order
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Serve drinks to visitors and tidy meeting rooms after use
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to non-public areas via the reception desk
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and perform administrative office duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Requirements:
- Min LCCI / Diploma with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
