Salary: Basic $2,000 - $2,200 + joining incentive ($300 + $300) + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (10am - 10pm or 11am - 9pm, 44 hours/ week)
Location: Parkway Parade, Wheelock Place or Westgate
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and perform cashiering duties.
- Attend to customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally.
- Promote products and optimise sales opportunities.
- Replenish products on the display shelves and counters whenever necessary.
- Ensure sample products are well-organized and in good working condition.
- Responsible for inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Assist in product visual merchandising duties at the store.
- Performing housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a retail operation.
- Must be able to work alone in store (Westgate only).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable to handle the store alone.
- Must be comfortable to work in retail shift hours.
