Job Description
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will utilize various social media platforms to promote products/services, create compelling content, and engage with the target audience.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet marketing goals and increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Tiktok) and create engaging content.
- Conduct research and stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate insightful reports.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content creators, designers, and marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach the target audience effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and opportunities to leverage for social media content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audience, and best practices.
