- Position : IT Specialist/Helpdesk/Server/Network Management
- Location : Defu Industrial City
- Working hours : Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + 15 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk (Investigation and resolution of any issues end users may face)
- Computer & Server Management (Keeping systems up to date & secure etc.)
- Network Management (Ensuring uptime, updating routing, etc.)
- Equipment Maintenance (Ensuring equipment is repaired or replaced while maintaining minimal business impact)
- IT License & Inventory Management.
- Assist APAC IT Manager in their duties.
- Participation in global projects for your region when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of IP/telephony systems
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 software
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory & Domain management
- Intermediate knowledge of networking (DNS/DHCP/VLAN/VPN/Firewalls etc.)
- Beneficial, but not required to have basic scripting/basic general programming skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
