Industry & Student Outreach Executive
Job Description/Role :
This is a sales position to recruit students for the Academy’s various courses and elderly residents for its sister nursing home. This position is a hunter role, not passively waiting for leads to just follow-up to close the sale.
Job Scope :
1. To source and implement sales activities to generate sales leads, eg visits to hospitals to present healthcare courses, knock on doors in residential estates, etc.
2. Do cold calling, get referrals, etc so as to meet sales target set for yourself and your department collectively.
3. Assist in organising marketing events such as exhibition booth set up at events, liaise with partners of relevant organisations, etc. to generate leads.
4. Ensure that all sales and marketing SOPs /documentations are adhered to.
Requirement :
1. Minimum GCE "O" levels with sales experiences. A Singapore Enrolled Nurse wanting to switch to sales and management is most welcome.
2. Must be a self-starter with strong self motivation and a never say die sales attitude.
Salary :
Basic monthly salary of $3,000 with additional commission structure dependent on numbers of students recruited for different courses.
