You will assist the Centre for Resident and Faculty Development (CRAFD) and Office of Residents’ Affairs (ORA) teams in e-learning and resource management for residents, as well as support the outreach activities for the purpose of engaging local and overseas medical students, Residents and Post Graduate Year 1s. You will work closely with the team to ensure resources are well-managed for the SingHealth Residents as well as to profile SingHealth Residency as a Sponsoring Institution of choice for medical students.
You will play a key role in supporting the administration of e-courses for residents, laptop matters, simple visual aids design, logistics coordination of events and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in the implementation of the events and activities organised by the office. You will be a key person in operationalising the daily administration workflows related to Residents’ training claims, laptop deployment and other residents’ welfare matters.
Job requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration / GCE A level or equivalent
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Experience in learning management system and project coordination will be an advantage
· Good organisational abilities and meticulous
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
