Job Title: HR Temp
Job Location: North Buona Vista Road
Job Type: Temporary ( 3 months Contract) / Hourly Rated / Max $11 per hour
Job Description
- Provide data entry and administrative support
- Update intranet content
- Design impactful publicity materials and communications to disseminate information on HR policies
- Provide other day-to-day administrative support to HR team as required.
Job Requirements
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with Outlook, MS Office and Canva.
- Basic design skills and a good aesthetic sense.
- Comfortable working with and adapting to different software and platforms.
Other information:
- Working Hours: 5 day work week
- Contract Period: 3 Months
- Salary: $11/hr
- Work Timings: Mon - Thu: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
