Job Description
● Assist in coordinating jobs for service department and liaising with all parties involved with servicing
● Attend to customer enquiries as well as arrangement of appointments
● Maintain work report database and all related data entry
● Quotations, billing of completed jobs and monitoring of service assignments.
● Follow through with Preventive Maintenance contracts
● General administrative office duties and technical activities
Job Qualification
- Basic analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills
- SAP B1 an advantage
