- Gather, refine, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources such as booking systems, cargo flow modules, management reports, and customer databases.
- Construct and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for illustrating key performance indicators (KPIs) to aid trade teams in making well-informed decisions.
- Assist in implementing eCommerce projects and optimizing corporate systems, data, and tools to improve departmental productivity.
- Detect patterns, trends in shipping data to enhance cargo selections, routing management, and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ISD, finance, logistics, and operations, to implement data-driven solutions and enhance process efficiency.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and processes, fostering an improvement mindset within the team.
- Deliver findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
